Bugfixes

• Local collector: Convert config values to string before sanitizing
  • This was a bug in a security fix in the prior release, 2022.05.0
  • If you have seen issues with missing data after the last upgrade, this should resolve these problems
• Prevent panics when truncating queries with multi-byte characters
• Allow turning off realtime issue checks
• Only create schema shasum records when the shasum changes

• Improve policy for required password strength
• Additional security fixes (medium to low severity) - details available upon request
• Update nokogiri for CVE-2022-29824 and CVE-2022-29181
