2025.03.4 Release
Docker tag: quay.io/pganalyze/enterprise:v2025.03.4
Notes
- This is a patch release on top of 2025.03.0, 2025.03.1, 2025.03.2 and 2025.03.3
- This release does not have any new database migrations, and is easy to apply (or rollback)
- If you're upgrading from a release before 2025.03.0, be sure to read those release notes, and follow the recommended upgrade steps
Features
- Optionally support PostGIS in Index Advisor for Enterprise Server deployments
- Due to PostGIS licensing restrictions, PostGIS is not bundled with pganalyze Enterprise Server, but this release now allows adding in the required files to a custom image
- Reach out to us via a support ticket for details
Bugfixes
- Enforce correct search_path for internal corrections
- This ensures the partition creation changes in 2025.03.3 do not cause problems on systems where a "pganalyze" user is used, and a "pganalyze" schema is present
- Immediately create internal table partitions on boot
- Log details when there are partition creation problems
Security
- Package security upgrades (rack-session CVE-2025-46336, nokogiri CVE-2025-6021, nokogiri CVE-2025-6170, nokogiri CVE-2025-49794, nokogiri CVE-2025-49795, nokogiri CVE-2025-49796, thor CVE-2025-54314, chrono-node CVE-2021-23371, form-data CVE-2025-7783 and ruby-saml CVE-2025-54572)
- These vulnerabilities are not exploitable in our assessment, but may show up in dependency scanners
- Routine security updates to packages in the base image
